Refunds apply to certified refurbished devices purchased through the Rhydm Tech Store. Devices must be returned in their original packaging with all sent accessories.

2. Inspection Phase

Upon receipt, every device undergoes technical inspection. We check matching serial numbers, component configurations, and physical conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom configured hardware variants.

Software licenses or warranty extensions already registered.

Devices damaged by user drop, liquid impact, or custom hardware modifications.

4. Refund Methods and Timelines

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (typically PayPal or bank transfer) within 7 business days of successful quality control inspection.
