1. Return Window

Individual B2C consumers have a standard 30-day window to return refurbished electronics for any reason (matching our return satisfaction guarantee).

Devices must be restored to factory settings.

Remove all personal accounts (e.g. Google Accounts, Apple IDs, BitLocker locks).

Pack securely inside sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent transit damages.

B2C return shipping for defective devices is free (pre-paid return labels provided). For change-of-mind returns, the buyer handles shipping costs.
