Security Policy

1. Encryption standards

All site traffic is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/HTTPS). Client passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing.

2. Physical Facility Security

Our ITAD processing facility features CCTV monitoring, badge access controls, and secure sorting cages.

3. Data Sanitisation Protocols

Devices are sanitized following NIST SP 800-88 R1 Guidelines for Media Sanitization (Clear & Purge protocols).

4. Software Security

We use third-party packages with automatic vulnerability patching to prevent cross-site scripting (XSS) and SQL injection.
