We ship refurbished devices to customers across Germany and the European Union (EU).

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If custom variant modifications are requested, processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

**Standard Shipping**: 2-4 business days (DHL/DPD). Free for orders above the threshold.

**Express Shipping**: 1-2 business days (UPS/DHL Express). Express surcharge applies.

4. Tracking and Shipping Insurance

All packages are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as the shipping label is created.
