1. Scope and Company Info

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded between Rhydm Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (brand name: Rhydm Tech) and our corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients.

2. Services & Products

**IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)**: Secure pickup, data sanitisation, drive destruction, and environment-compliant recycling.

**Refurbished Store**: Professionally tested business laptops, desktops, and network equipment sold with standard warranties.

3. Pricing, Taxes & VAT

All store prices are listed in Euros (€) including statutory German VAT. Corporate ITAD quotes exclude VAT until invoicing.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are handled securely via PayPal or bank transfer.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Refurbished hardware carries a 12-month quality warranty. Our liability for data breaches during ITAD is limited to gross negligence, provided our standard secure chains of custody are adhered to.

6. Applicable Law

Contracts are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For corporate disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
